Terms & Conditions

Owners Rights: We will retain all rights of ownership in the skips, and will be free to terminate the hire at any times.

Responsibility for Loss or Damage: Hirers will be charged for all loss of or damage to skips other than fair wear and tear.

Delivery and Collection: Hirers must assist our drivers as necessary to ensure safe loading and unloading at sites. Our drivers must not be induced to traverse soft ground or to deliver or collect at positions difficult or dangerous to approach.

Safety Devices: The hirers must not disable any safety device fitted to the skip.

Third Party Claims: The hirers will indemnify us in respect of all Claims for injury or damage arising out of the use of the skip.

Hazardous Waste: NO ASBESTOS OR TOXIC WASTE etc. is to be disposed of in the skip.

Loading: Hirers must ensure that skips are not loaded above safety levels, and that all loads are in a stable condition before being removed from site.

Location of Skip: Hirers should ensure that the location for placing the skip on is of a suitable firm standing, no damage caused by our wagon or skip whilst attending a site is the responsibility of Deeside Metal Company Limited
